Break the Mould workshop | 17 June 2026 | 7pm-9pm | Nook, Marlow
£50.00
Why Break the Mould? Because you’re going to make your own mould and then break it to get your unique piece out!
I’ll show you how to make a light switch surround, jewellery dish or photo frame using modelling clay and seashells to create your moulds - but you’re welcome to go wild and do your own thing.
Join me for a fun, creative, and experimental workshop and cast two gorgeous pieces with Jesmonite.
Jesmonite is a versatile, professional quality non-toxic eco-resin that cures with a beautiful stone-like finish and offers great design possibilities for homewares.
Learn to:
- Sculpt your own moulds from modelling clay
- Mix and pigment Jesmonite AC100 to create your own unique colour palette and cast your pieces.
- Finish your pieces so they're ready to use
This workshop is suitable for beginners but is also a great follow-on from Creative Casting with Jesmonite where we use ready-made moulds.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
