Workshop refund and cancellation policy

As a tiny business, I have thought carefully about how to balance covering my costs with having a fair cancellation policy.

Public workshops

In the event of you needing to cancel your booking for a public workshop:

1. if you contact me within 28 days of the workshop, I can offer a full refund
2. with 14 days notice, a 50% refund can be issued or I can transfer you to another date. If there are no suitable dates a voucher can be issued.
3. with less than 14 days notice, I unfortunately cannot offer a refund. I am happy for you to transfer your ticket to a friend.

Private workshops

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a private event. If you need to cancel 7 days or fewer before the event, the full balance is still payable.

If I need to cancel

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a public or private workshop, I will offer an alternative date, but if that doesn’t work a full refund will be provided within 7 days.

Some workshops require a minimum number of people to run, which will be made clear on the booking page.
